2. Prints & Product Representation

3. Payments
All payments must be completed in full before artwork, prints, commissions, or custom items are shipped or delivered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Commissions & Custom Artwork
Commissioned works are collaborative creative projects and are subject to separate agreements regarding timelines, revisions, pricing, deposits, and ownership.
All commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
The artist retains the right to share commissioned artwork for portfolio, promotional, and archival purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Eye of Rhythm Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.
Once an item has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the original and collectible nature of the artwork, all sales are final unless an item arrives significantly damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Eye of Rhythm Gallery within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and artwork.
Approved issues may qualify for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Eye of Rhythm Gallery.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, imagery, designs, branding, logos, written content, and visual materials associated with Eye of Rhythm Gallery remain the intellectual property of the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing.
